I am Kareem. A student of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. This website is a living visual showcase of my projects, interests, and experiences. If anything catches your eye, feel free to contact me!
I have been a science geek since childhood. The kick in the discovery of a new concept hasn't left me ever since. Choosing to do Electrical and Computer Engineering was an easy choice because the two are an umbrella for all the things I am interested in. So naturally, my academic and extracurricular work followed.
I love working on problems that are meaningful, complex, and challenging. My technical background is a blend of software and hardware across embedded systems, cubesatellites, machine learning, and low level design.
Currently, I am trying to make the most out of my time at UC. Out of class, you will find me building real Satellites as part of CubeCats, geekishly talking about Quantum computing, playing chess with the UC Chess Club, or (soon enough) building the UC Formula car for FSAE. It sounds chaotic but I like to keep it interdisciplinary by design
